rules of thumb in trading

1) never invest money from loans

2) invest only the amount which u can afford to loose

3) poyina daggarey rabattukovali aney concept stock market lo patisthey carona virus unna pori ki liplock ichinattey

4) if ur happy with the profit, just take. Dont wait expecting it to double

@karna11  serious advice...

dont look into investing money by taking it out from savings, 401, etc....

not a good time to enter if u r not a serious player.....

2008 lo million$ portfolio unna vallu.... rent kattukoleka satamatam avutu..it took them 10 years to even be stable and pay monthly rent...

I wish no one will experience that issue, but play safe...there is lot of time to enter....

@Vaampire  @k2s @psycopk  cheppandi pillal ki..

I agree evadu agatledu  good to play safe and keep cash in Savings

Losing ALL money in investments is an exaggerated statement. Even during 2008 recession, people lost max 25-30% of their investments - not everything (and recovered it back when the economy picked up) - unless all the companies you invested in went totally bankrupt (which doesn’t happen).

endhuku avvadhu? okka company kuda bankrupt kaledhaa aa time lo? mergers kuda value almost 0 ayyaka ayyai financial companies

Thanks bro , valid points 3 and 4 is very important. If you have experience Can you explain about 4 . How can we decide it's profit to come out. Like any ratio or calculation we can make to satisfy with profits. Ex: 10% of total amount like that am asking.

Lets say u bought stock x thinking it would see 20% gain. Once u see 20% gain, u should think of selling them. Atleast 50%.
inko 2O% peruguthademo ani ashapadithey 90% time bokke.

stock market lo 2 things are very imp.
1) when to enter

2) when to exit

never buy anything with fomo.  Perfect example crypto

never delay exit expecting more profits
