1)    Note: Due to the high volume of backlog orders, we will not be accepting any new orders till Wednesday 04/01/2020 and will resume the orders from Thursday 04/02/2020. We will still fulfil all the orders we received till midnight today (03/30/2020). Sorry for the inconvenience.

2)    Friends, it seems some of you might be worried/ frustrated as you did not receive the response or there is a delay in receiving the responses from our team. Also, it seems few orders might have received some wrong items (by mistake). We request everyone to understand that we are trying our best to help support the community. In spite of very limited transportation to receive the stock from vendors, limited work force and limited quantities from vendors we are requesting them to send whatever the quantities they can send to support our community. Our team is working hard to keep up with orders, however as you know we are still behind in fulfilling them quickly. Due to the nature of the need, if you cannot wait (which we can totally understand) request you to please send a cancellation request or wait until you receive the confirmation or order. Once again we request everyone to please help us to support our community. We have received several kudos and appreciation for the services...thank you and appreciate the appreciation.

3)    Note: If you are particular on a specific brand and don’t want it to be replaced with another brand, please make sure to specify that. 

4)    When you are placing an order, we appreciate if you can segregate the order as follows:

•    Vegetables
•    Frozen/ Refrigerator products
•    Oils/pickles
•    Dals/spices/masalas/nuts
•    Snacks/tea-coffee/cookies
•    Ready to cook/eat
•    Rice/Atta
•    Miscellaneous
This is our first time doing the delivery services, so we are learning as we do more and more deliveries. We request you to be patient with us as we work through this.
