H4 to cpt doubt

H4 to day 1 cpt chese option unda by converting to F1...currently My wife h4 ead expiring this month..na h1 extn entha time padtundo telcadhu.since premium processing for h1 extn suspended and h4 extn and ead processing also taking long time..can we convert to f1 and take day 1 cpt...? Suggestions plz....aa process cheyadam better aa risky aa
