on a serious note.. oil price is near zero... so India doesn’t need that much of Forex  Reserves now.. wouldn’t that make the rupee stronger ?

India is now making payments for the crude it lifted 45 days back...the real effect of oil price is still not yet felt in the consumer market or even at refining stage, so things haven't changed much although oil is now trading at 30 year  low...We do have huge forex reserves but as net importer minus lower crude cost, things will barely change..
