Off load peak loads ki...dips and surges ki teda telikunda argue chesevallaki oka namaskaram. 
for off loads and peak loads our power systems are automatically balanced based on load forecasting analyses. Anyhow, they came up with a new plan to handle it ...this needs cooperation between both thermal power plants and hydro to compensate for operational stability ...handle cheyadam is not as simple as off load peak load variation. But they are anyway trying to handle. Kudos to the power system corporations

Why are we even talking about this about electric grids when country doesnt even have min things nexessities to tackle the pandemic  and that is the main problem...no one spoke about this until some govt officials raised the concern

I get your point. I was only answering to some here who were talking about it as if it is  as easy  as off load management, where as it is  not. This is definitely not the main concern.I agree with u.
