He booked flight for April 3rd week to Minnesota from Hyd.

International travel allowed in current situation??

Ask him to extend one more month so every thing will calm down by that time... now it’s peak in US and try to avoid

You can call airlines and find this out.

Call your friend and update the details

Ask your friend to call his wife and share the details..alane call each of his friends/relatives and inform....
