Buffett gadu sold $390 million worth of Delta ,Southwest shares this week

he sold because airline industry might see the same fate a financial industry post 2008 with too much regulation

govt might get stake into airlines during bailout making them no longer the same and inefficient sector than it already is, hence buffet understands that any sector with regulation is a strict no go for top investors, it will take 3-5 yrs to return to normal, that is lot long term

desi chewtiyas are thinking they are intelligent than buffet and buying junk stock which they can wait for 3 more months and buy at 1/3 the price as of today

Chill..such orders can always be cancelled later and it’s more like a industry standard...Airbus odu USA domestic market la share kosam picha aggressive ga vunadu, competitive pricing and tax benefits kosam ekanga manufacturing and assembly ae pettindu adu, Bonbardier nundi A220 konnadu...Boeing737 is a flagship product from Boeing  and daniki debba esindu...a321Neo is the new bench mark in single aisle twin jet category...by the time Boeing comes up with 737 and re enter this category, Airbus would probably having 55-60% market share and denikosam cost to cost basis lo kuda AA and DAL ki ammutundu

chame to chame..finance industry ki koda ade chepparu..2008 lo.. result gobama 🤪 put so much regulation that bank stocks are still not the best stocks 12 yrs later

stress test and nonsense regulation made bank take a very safe bet in providing loans, US saw growth purely because of tech sector almost unaided by banking sector

poye vaadini evadu apaledu.. one more thing.. land rates ekadaina padipotaaya ani koda antaaru.. aa VP gallani oka saari amaravati rate kanukkomanadi :)

the only sector that can sustain is tech sector..reason vast computing power, AI will skyrocket, AI into healthcare post COVID world which needs more customized medicine as conventional medicine has totally failed

Nano Vaccines, Citizen AI Grid - Gates is 10000% into this, there's are reason these financials pests are into this, yes Bez os and Gat es are financial pests, their purpose is same as a pest sucking money into their empires

Mortgage banks -Freddie Mac and Fannie mae never recovered after 2008 fallout.

  • 2 weeks later...

United said it flew fewer than 200K people during the first two weeks of April, a staggering 97% drop from more than 6M during the same time in 2019, and it expects fewer people will fly during the entire month of May than on any single day in May of last year.
