Investments don't come by seeing a single person. It depends on lot of other factors. Hyderabad ni kattincha, IT companies only nannu soosi Hyderabad ki vachayee ani dappu kottukunna baboru was not able to repeat same in Amaravati in 5 years.  

companies non babori government time lo kooda vachayee. Difference is yellow media doesn't make it big deal about it. Example Sri city.

About jagan, time will tell what he achieves in 5 years.
