Be careful with the term forbearance.

Ippudu 90 days kattakkarledhu.. but 90 days tarvatha the 1st payment you make should include these 90 days pyment amount+whatever you regularly pay each payment.

so ippudu kattakunda anni kalipi 90 days tarvatha kattali anmata

By default the term will be pushed for 3 months further. After 90 days you will pay regular amount. And currently for these 90 days you need to pay the escrow balances per month.

just pausing payment for now will not give you any monetary benefits at all. banks are not that stupid to loose money. for them interest on every day counts.

You can only save some bucks if you have zero % APR as no interest is charged on it. Rest all infact you will pay more as banks you concept called "interest on every day EOD Balance"
