Anybody got like around 20K less than asking price from builder for new ready to move in house. I am trying to negotiate 20K less from builder  price based on current situation.

Not yet bhayya but will tomorrow. Not planning on more than 5% down. Credit score is good above 750.

You need 6 months expenses in emergency fund on top of down payment and closing costs. If so go ahead.

Bro I am closing next friday .. build home from dirt with builder in Frisco TX .. beleive what your heart says baiyya ... interest rates are damm low now .. nenu ithae 5% chesa as buildr has 15k of my money inka down chesedi em ledu ..

In my current situation , I would not . adhae cheptunna buy or not based on personal preference but not on DB suggestions .
