prime age lo better to avoid depending on supplements, rather take citrus fruits, leafy veggies, milk/egg/chicken protein, pulses/grains/fish for protein, calcium, almonds, dates and figs, regular intake of beetroot, radish, carrot and cluster beans, regular sleep of 8 hrs, regular mild exercise and exposure to sun for 15-20 mins daily , should keep you healthy.

multi-vitamins is a scam, not even 5% content of each tablet get absorbed by the body and regular intake in prime ages will make the human body loose the ability to absorb nutrients from natural food.

use multivitamins only after 50-60 yrs that too when you need Zinc, calcium, iron or b-complex when needed.

Vaadi bondha. Vitamins gurunchi vaadu cheppala maku? Others have proved he is mistaken about vitamins so he doesn't even know what he is talking other than slowly trying to post affiliate links to vitamin pills somewhere in this thread.

He has a history of posting affiliate links from amazon, free stocks, etc. fooling people here on a public forum. It's not that we cannot post affiliate links and earn commission. It is not netiquette to post commission links on public forums - it is like insulting people

Looks like he has another id - Enterbenter.

KEEP REPORTING THESE ASSHOLES!!

Yes that’s true! Most of calcium and other vitamins are made of artificial ingredients.Try to buy plant based which are verrryyy expensive lol 😂 so rather invest in organic food!

Vitamin D thiskovachhu.. evaru baitaki velladam ledu kadaa ipudu

Some vitamins are fat-soluble, such as vitamin D, meaning your body can store excess amounts of them. But others, such as the B vitamins, are water-soluble, meaning that you'll just pee out the excess, rather than stocking up.
