If your 2019 tax filing is processed they will take 2019 if not 2018 

but it is not clear how they handle ssn and itin scneario

yes..2019 tax filing loo both of us filed together on SSN and we received refund also..but 2018 loo SSN+ITIN undhi..so anduke doubt vachindhi...2018 consider chesthara or 2019 chesthara ani....if they consider 2019 then we are lucky..ledhante bokke...lets see..
