oh ok.  aite nenu boat miss avvaledu...but still same time and line

Congratulations on the GC approvals.  Attached is the approval notice .  .

1. You MUST carry your GC on you at all times - it is required by law. You can make a copy and keep at home for safe keeping - front and back.

2. Visit the nearest SSN office and update your status with them to be GC holders - this is  required too AND update with your employer

3. You MUST continue to file AR-11 individually within 10 days for each family member when ever you move. It is s DEPORTABLE offense to not do so.

4. DO NOT vote in any elections or hold yourselves out as citizens in any application ANYWHERE - it is DEPORTABLE offense and can lead to GC being stripped.

5. You can sponsor family members - parents  etc. only after you become a citizen - not before.

6. You can file for citizenship 4 years and 9 months from date as listed on the GC - assuming you meet the requirements.

7. Your worldwide income is now TAXABLE In the U.S.  and you MUST report all FOREIGN BANK ACCOUNTS to IRS EVERY YEAR by filing FBARS. Speak to your CPA on that.

8. You MUST continue to work for the Petitioning Employer  (in GC position) for a reasonable period of time - AFTER obtaining GC.  At citizenship interviews USCIS - REVIEWS BASIS for GC - and if you have NOT WORKED For the petitioning employer POST getting the GC - not only is citizenship Denied - but you are in jeopardy of getting GC revoked.

Congratulations and just stay on the right side of the law.
