I know just ridiculous.  Some companies follow 30% refactoring in each sprint ,  strict agile in a wonderful way . I am lucky to be part of such teams . Can accomplish so much and also before schedule .

Empty vessels makes more noise. Our work speaks. Every meeting lo athi ga talking ante they are trying for attention and that is because their work cant speak. Very irritating to tolerate day in and day out.
