I break my fast around 3 pm. First protein smoothie taaguta some fruits +peanut butter + whey

Then 45 mins-1 hr lo brown rice 1cup, raw vegetables (or some kura or Pappu)- I don’t count this. grilled paneer (Or tofu ) 6-7 cubes (120 GMs )

Vegetarian so paneer tofu bore oste I skip and just have another scoop of whey with lunch but not often ..mostly ide meal
