Pros - 

Beautiful place(mountains, reservoirs, Nation parks etc.)

lot's of outdoor activities(summer & winter)

not densely populated.

most of it is newly built, cities look clean

kids unna vallu ee point ki baga connect avtaru - Utah people are strictly religious. No relationships before marriage, no alcohol, no smoking, no caffeine containing drinks,.

local business lu ekva...so recession ochna kuda housing market antha padipodu.

Cons - 

extreme weather

extreme winds

extreme dry

greenery is less

Most beautiful states . What are you even talking ? Utah , Idaho , Montana and Wyoming are most beautiful states in entire country .  Utah lo people so awesome too .
