In a city like Hyd there are more tenants that owners and they are devoid of any income, think about the greater good, think of daily wage workers, informal sector workers and cab/auto walas. This rule is not so much for well paying jobs as they will have no problem in paying the rents

Landlords are giving a big F back... I checked with few people who are on rent,,, and they are still paying rents as usual..

Also, here system is more organized and they can approach collection agency at a later point... not the case in India...

IT is the easiest of all.. WFH already unnadi..work is not stopped.

Heard they are drafting a plan to allow 30% workforce in office on any given day..that way you will be required to work 2 or 3 days from home but everyone comes to office one day or the other...again this is a proposal for now
