If people lose job how will they pay? If the home price drops by 20-30% and your loan balance is higher than the home price will u still pay EMI?

All Bay Area Folks buying antunnaru since 2 years  in our area And now it went to different level . What do you think of selling existing home and buying new home now ? Or better to wait ?

but naku telisina limited circle lo ne 3 dhaaka sign-up chesaru few weeks back interest rate thakuva ani, not sure if it is right or wrong though
