AP has stood at the highest rank in the list of states conducting tests for covid19 symptoms , with 961 per 10 lakh cases. If one takes account of all states and UTs , it is second to Delhi . If one gets an idea of the no of infected early on , it would be possible to prevent further spread by ramping up hospitalisation and quarantining capabilities.

delhi is neither state nor UT it remained as UT till 1991 69th amendment gave delhi  national capital territory region
