This FY spill over will be applied between July-august. FB spill over will be applied from October. This year it may cross 2009 and end in 2010 if this ban continues then we can see good movement next year with spill over from FB

Question guys, na pd oct 1 2012 untey with old employer 

bulletin jan 2013 ki vachesthey, if I don’t have approved i140 with current Employer, can i still use the pd date by filing new perm and i140 now

Yes, you can still use your old PD and apply for I-485 whenever you are ready.

Yes unless your old employer is ok with filing 485 with your old i140

Yes but what if dates retrogress while your are waiting to get perm and i140 approved with current employer. So once your date is current just go back to your old employer and tell him to file 485. Don’t waste time with current employer
