you can eat white rice Too but you have to calculate the calories 

emaina tinu but calculate calories that how much u need when u r at home/wfh- there r many tools out online to calculate

then oka 20% deficit f the calories u need actually tesuko

remember less calories tesukunte u can lose weight even while sitting all day do some weights . Don’t do cardio time waste

change diet to only protein 

your fat is being stored in belly much of it. 

do cardio, cut carbs, eat protein, avoid trans fat foods, avoid sugar foods
