😅, Herd immunity can be a reason ? India is doing better in terms of number of cases , lock down is definitely a reason but other reason might be immunity

Telangana government lifts lockdown restrictions at containment zones - 10 Tv

HYDERABAD: In a great relief to the people of Hyderabad, the Telangana government lifted the lockdown restrictions at few containment zones in the city after decreasing Coronavirus positive cases. According to the sources, the Telangana government removed 6 containment zones from the list in the city including Lingampally, Chandanagar and Madhapur. Officials removed restrictions at Serilingampally, Miyapur (Sithara Hotel), Siesta Hotel (Madhapur), Ayyappa Society, Ambedkar Nagar Colony and Sai Nagar colony.

It is known that day by day Coronavirus positive cases decreasing in the state and the number of positive cases in the city also decreased to a single digit. Recently, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao asserted that very soon Telangana will become Corona free state. Click the video for more information.
