spouse  ki valid H1 and approved !140 undi, currently dependent h4 is studying and want to convert to f1.

1) So F1 stamping  ki velte emina problem untada ??

It is risky if spouse has i140 and wife is applying for f1 visa stamping as  far is I know

f1 is not dual intent, you should not have immigration intent while on f-1 , it is tough to prove that if your spouse has i140
