They mostly go for EB-5 and for some reason they able to pull funds from china and US$$. They are good at restaurants and wont left a small town also. One more they flirt Americans and get GC. Americans also go crazy for Chinese women.

The USCIS May 2020 Visa Bulletin makes most EB-1 countries current and brings modest advancement to other categories.

In May, all EB-1 countries will become current except for India and China. India will advance to August 1, 2015, while China will move to July 15, 2017.

For EB-2, China will progress to October 1, 2015. India will advance one week to June 2, 2009.

Most EB-3 countries will remain at January 1, 2017. China will see some advancement to May 15, 2016, and India will advance to March 1, 2009. China, India, and Vietnam will see some advancement in EB-5 to July 1, 2015, October 1, 2019, and April 1, 2017, respectively.

Additionally, USCIS will accept Final Action dates in May for adjustment of status filings. Foreign nationals with a priority date earlier than the date listed for their country and preference category are eligible for filing an employment-based adjustment application in May. USCIS started using the Final Action Dates chart in April. Previously, it used the Dates for Filing chart.
