Konchem endaku expose avvatam better. Cold countries lo risk ekkuva mundhe, better to mildy expose to sun rather that taking vitamin D pill and managing Vit  D levels in body.

Even in tropical countries like India those who spend a lot of time in AC at home, then car then office, further higher risk for people who maintain a hectic lifestyle, like film industry, travelling jobs etc where people don't get enough sleep, alcohol and smoking is a contributing factor.

Nutritious balanced Diet/8 hrs sleep/20 mins exposure to sun/Mild excercise or walk - Thats all. . . No Cancer or any BioWeapon can even pluck a single hair of us.
