A lesbian deputy sheriff has just won the Democratic primary for her state, beating the boss who allegedly fired her because of her sexuality.

 

Charmaine McGuffey is currently suingHamilton county sheriff Jim Neil, claiming he fired her from her position as major of the jail and court services because she is a woman and a lesbian.
