Even with a COL adjustment, it's a lot cheaper. Currently FB COL adjustment for an employee working in Atlanta is like 12% cheaper compared to bay area but the actual COL is like 50%..

Bay Area lo almost all companies already do part time WFH(2-3 days only at office), until and unless companies give complete WFH option, price pade chance ledu.

Saw a survey some where. 2/3rd of bay area people will prefer leaving that city if they get permanent work from home ani.
