scrum masters are not cheap and they don’t understand that a project needs specialists for kickass work for much less overall cost and long term maintainability - not generalists who are jacks of all trades, good at nothing and compromise the project costing it more now and in future maintenance.

PMs and scrum masters are not technical and have no clue what it takes to complete a task. They are not even cut out for IT and are there just to fool clients and make $$. It is so frustrating to work with these people and also BAs who are not technical. When I look at the skills of some dumb BAs, I’m like, “What the fcuk are they doing in IT??”. They are not fun to work with
