Fb. Ikkada some mgrs do write code. Passion thoni. Just to be on top of everything. Not like regular day to day coding. Only complex integrations & POC work

There are lot of questions here. But i can say one thing.......the moment you start working for yourself whether you are in the company or in the team or entrepreneur that moment you are on the way to become an expert.
