Why CBN not changed many sittings in 2019

Can you explain about changing sitting MLAs? I never heard anything about this before except in case of Ganta Srinivas changing his constituency every time

People know half of tdp MLAs are deep in corruption so they shouldn't be given tickets ani cheptunna
