Cos these guys have completely fcuked up the opportunities for others and themselves particularly in IT ... now they don’t want deserved people  benefited .... S386 was from the first introduced keeping healthcare workers in mind but mostly this was hijacked by people from highly work visas exploiting countries coz they know this benefits them ...

the fact of the matter is it’s not going to benefit instead make things worst for some communities .
