Low carb diet chestunna 1 week aytandi. Nidrapatatledu 2 days aytandi 4 hours sleep anthe.. feeling very energetic. Body telikaga untandi.I am bothered about sleep patterns . Daily sleeping at 4 am and 9 am around legadam. I am scared idemaina abnormal emo

4 hours sleep yendi energetic yendi vaa. 7 hours padukunna still bed meeda ne vundali ani vuntadi naku. Yendo nee vichitram. Health chusko vaa.

5 hrs is very less. Sleep for 8 hours. Are you working out ? You are active because you are feeling light anthe. Drink herbal teas -0 calorie ...use sleep inducing herbs 

What's your total calorie split ? Carbs shouldn't be dangerously low...

if you just started, its normal. But make sure you are eating enough.

Just because you are eating low carb, doesn't mean you need to deprive other intake.

melatonin okay OTC but sometimes I feel heavy in the morning, still drowsy. 

I feel zolpidem is the correct one you feel fresh but I use this to set my bio clock straight
