Loan vs credit card analogy apply cheyalem ikkada.

Eg US , China does transaction and holds debts and tally off debts and foreign reserves holding concept doesn't come into the pic.

While countries like India, and other countries directly taking loans from ADB, IMF or import/exports has direct impact on foreign reserves holding and that will have impact on exchange rate of the currency of that country
