True, but warren buffets doesnt waste time like us on db. So, practically we should consider the average person's case here where 1 million is nothing in USA. If you go through one surgery in US at your 50s which is not covered in your insurance plan, your 401k is doomed forever.

Instead i suggest to buy comemecial property here with 1.5 million taking some loan.. But all you can earn is that much here entire your life nothing more.. 

Adhe india lo given the land rates, earning 20 crores during life time is not a big deal if you work here buy there and dont sell it.
