You cannot hide the cases eventually ..they will come out in some form either through private hospitals or deaths. People will not just sit and die at their homes. Testing everyone is not possible and those with symptoms will only be tested as per guidelines.
 

It is same even here, a billion dollar organization like NBA is not in position to  procure 15k test kits to restart the season..that is the state of affairs.

Test on your own pace don’t just say that I will test only if you have symptoms or contact with someone who is positive , evaru lekapothey pick the locality and randomly test
