happens sometimes. 1969 la established company location. Population perygy encroachments yekuva ayi ilanty situations. Can’t change overnight. Learn and move on from mistakes

I don't know why you are looking at party govt change angle. 

what did CBN do when he was in govt for 5 yrs straight why didn't he forsee these things. 

even in Hyd as well all those industries why didn't he move them away from hyd when population is expected to explode. 

 can comment on the first question; 

look at Reddy's labs, IDPL for that matter industries in patancheru they used to be in the outskirts now they are in the one of the prime locations its something to do with zoning, india doesn't have strict zoning laws.

Bollarum IDA, Uppal IDA, Jeedimetla, Patancheru, Balanagar IDA, Kateddan etc..okappudu ie areas anni city ki dooram, residential ki dooram..kani avi ipudu kalsipoinayi and those areas are commercially more worth than other areas..

As @snoww kaka said earlier, Mucherla la Pharma zone vastundi ani egapadi mari land/plots konnaru...Pharma anede severe pollution, telisi kuda konnam ante emi sesedi ?
