I went to grocery store, bought food from burger king,kfc. Took lot of precautions but still carona vachesinattu vundi 😭😭.  

Roju podduna 8-10 am and afternoon 3-5pm madhyalo Exposé yourself first atleast 15-20 minutes to sunlight. 
Needi mostly allergy or some other flu infection...
