Full time opportunities for Java H1B

Hello guys , I am working for mesthri from 10 years and wanted to pursue a Full time opportunity with direct end client. ( Java Microservices)

Please provide pointers on which companies are taking full times and sponsoring H1.  Also approximate salary entha istharu for 10 years experience info kuda cheppandi if possible.

I know there is hiring freeze due to COVID , but my plan is to try something by end of year.

Don’t stick to FTE... contracting or FTE Edi vaste adi teesuko.. and H1 meeda FTE ante ee time lo lottery ticket koni jackpot kosam wait chestunatle...

salary is depends on the city, ten plus is very good exp and check Glassdoor before applying to any FTE... they usually have salary range for the companies...

prepare ka bro only Java rest ante koncham routine qvutundi , either be cloud with Java specialist with all container , ecs ork8 and with all Java 8 or may be Java 11 

Or with some Java script angular or react to make your resume full stack

Above all prepare the algos, leet code , dynamic crap with some design 

Yaa take time so that prepare for long term nedchukunte knowledge ekadiki podu,  India lo.kuda G palaga unayi openings at same time with competition

adding to the above salary depends on many factors location, product based,  equity RSU, bonus lot of factors preparation important rest everything will fall in place
