Yes whoever went to that market  to sell vegetables  from Chittoor got the virus it seems. 

Aggressive testing is the only way to deal this scenario. Test, trace, isolate is the only solution for this pandemic.

As of now no option that this there are many Asymptomatic cases also... MH, TN & AP, Rajasthan are doing it aggressively as compared to other states...

When there is a community transmission they have no choice.. once they cannot trace the source they will test eveyone in the cluster. That is what is happening in Dharavi and Koyembedu
