H1b visa stamping, return to usa

Those who are in India and waiting to return after stamping..are they allowing back to usa with valid visa ?

Why not? For now there are no changes on H1 Visa's. Better to get back to USA ASAP to be safer. All is well

They are allowed to enter USA if they have 1 year visa validity with stamping.

No. They said Indians struck in India can fly in those if you have valid 1 year visa remaining with stamping. Not sure if it happened yet or not.

Last week Del to SFO flight vellindi air india, 11 members ee poyaru itu side nunchi. 

1 year visa undali vellalante.
