since you mentioned about democracy, exactly for the same reason people should be given an option to choose from. Ala kaadu middle east laaga ikada mottham halal products ae untadi unte daani dictatorship antaaru

idi propaganda kaadu vaa. it's a discriminatory practice in reality. People should be given an option to choose from. Atla kaadu ONLY Halal meat serve chesthaamu ante etla? Sikhs only jatka meat tintaaru.. inkondaru ethical killing kaadu ani Halal oddu anukuntaaru. Vaalaki options ivvakunte etla cheppu.. How is it not discriminatory? 

Moreover Halal is NOT just about meat. Halal extends to pretty much everything including tour packages
