how much should I be making?

One of my colleague gets only $65k, they have 6 kids and I have never seen more happier family than them. One of closest friends is doing multiple jobs earning $250k+, but husband and wife always fight and planning for divorce soon. 

Akkadinunde started brother. Happiness aside, one also has to plan for kids future. Planning for a move based on advice I get from all corners to take the correct decision.

ne area lo companies lo same position ki entha pay sestunnaro glassdoor tho compare sesi check sesko ba.. 

ee kalam lo 2-3 yrs ki company jump kakapothe edagalekapothunnam anna feeling vastondi.. but I dont think that is true..

I would say 200k TC is ideal

I am earning 199k after working in the same company for 2 years

Looks like TS is getting good at what and where he is unless which he would not be there that long with what he got as he got both breadth and depth 

breadth- Experience

Depth- Knowledge n Domain vertical

you should be in a mature position to decide by now without asking not that you posted a thread to discuss

 

try mingling with people at work to see the citizens here and their view of your role at your firm
