Job ichinodu running less than LCA

Project ayipoindhi, LCA has full amount more than desired as per state, 

I asked employer to file for amendment for Less LCA. but vadu enduku 2500 booka, we keep running less until we find another project antunadu or you can take leave until another project . 

Advice please. Employer tellodu.
