How to return the Gap Credit card which I took?

Don't close the card just leave 0.99 balance and run it just like and keep paying 10 cents every month..because it will impact credit score ..and average history credit age..

1. Call customer service and close the card.

Or

2. Keep the card somewhere safe and forget about it. Eventually, the bank that issued the card will cancel it.

Don't open these silly cards for one time 20% discount anymore. 

Only membership cash back card that is useful is Costco Visa card.

Eventually those credit card companies will cancel the cards. But closing 4 cards will likely impact your available credit and average age of the cards. This, in turn may cause minor part on the credit score.

Correct ee abbai if this card is your oldest card.it will impact your credit . If you are not planning to buy car, home in next 2 years. This impact is nothing.
