As we are WFH current extensions they are getting two LCAs one for home and one for office

Why only in fridge .. is there any specific

nenu eppati nundo wfh chesthunna... not 100% but most of the time... not sure why they asked me to do it this time..

they asked me the same to post it in home..and on the 10th day , asked me to reply back with home address and lca number...

 

but not sure about the second document signature...

is that second document is blank form?

its a normal process....actual ga aite wfh ane kakunda, mana work location ekkada aite akkada mana LCA pettali like in our office cube. Ippudu andaru WFH kabatti and most of them might not have their home address in that LCA as work location, they just want to re-file LCA with home address as work location.
