If you are working within normal commuting distance of the work location listed in your certified LCA (e.g., within at least 50 miles of the work location), there is no need to reply to this message.

 

If you are not currently working within commuting distance of the work location listed in your certified LCA (e.g., you are working remotely from a foreign country, or outside 50 miles of the LCA work location), please let me know as soon as possible, as additional compliance steps may need to be taken by the company on your behalf.  We appreciate your cooperation.
