SAP rates dont work like other IT areas.  Always new dimension/new fields get good rates but conventionals like abap, sd, mm, pp is too crowded. availability ekkuva undatam tho rates padipoyaayi. I am in SAP since 2003, always choose niche skills and areas for better rates. most of the these niche areas are too small, almost everyone knows everyone working in this areas, avi contacts thone potuntai. linkedin lo no, personal friend oo call chesi adugutaadu - guru unnava available ani. thats how they go with good rates. Dice is a fish market. These f..cked up desi 'ghanta' companies send one requirement to 10000 mastries, chetta calls chetta msg sampestaru. sometimes- if they talk to for few min,  without consent they submit profile based on old resume - this happend to me someone calling are you attending interview, i asked 'what interview I am already in job' !! ila untadi aa howla galla katha.  adi oka fish market, chandalam. entha takkuva matladithe antha better ee mestri ga langa eeshalu.
