I don't pay current bill, but I thought Hyderabad current bill back in 2000 was that much when I paid 400 to 500 was current bill 

We remembered as a kid there were this meters that we used to put some wire in it every night so our current bill was low 

Some how the electricity dept realized that and put locked meters now
