just assume in case h1b cancelled...all of us will go to india...after one year two years  our life will settled down there...

then US reopens the H1b ...how many people will come back? not all...

Agree bro ! Speaker in the above one mentioned it might have an impact on economy if the migrant workers doe not return 

My point is , they will look for replacement and same for USA companies . If one leaves they will find some replacement .

He is saying a scenario that lacs of migrate workers if they return to jobs ! That sort of instances will not happen as they need job desperately or can find a replacement .
