Washington no state tax just like Texas but the house rentals are higher compared to Dallas area. But meeku vachchina raise lo chaala varaku extra house rent ki potundi unless you stay in even farther suburbs. Bellevue has good public transportation I think. But housing cost chaala difference vastadi.
